"Santiago de Chile is an exciting place to live and to study. There is no limit on what you can learn there. You can focus on anything from human rights issues to environmental issues. I studied EVERYTHING from Andean culture to present-day pop culture in Chilean society. I also learned about the effects of the dictatorship on both the politics and culture of the Chilean society. And who can forget the importance of "el futbol" (soccer) to many Chileans."
